How can I cancel my order?
We can only cancel an order within 12 hours after it has been placed. After 12 hours, the order is likely to have been processed and ready for shipment or already shipped. Once the cancellation takes effect, we will no longer process the order. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but we pride ourselves on providing prompt service, including dispatching your order as soon as possible.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days after purchase.
How long does it take to ship?
The delivery time varies depending on the location as we ship from different logistics centers worldwide. The average delivery time is approximately 7 to 20 business days. Your tracking number will be updated 7 to 10 days after your order has been shipped.

How can I determine whether a certain product is in stock?
Unfortunately, our product inventory changes rapidly, and we cannot confirm whether the item you need is available before you place an order. Once you place an order, we will either retrieve the product from our inventory for you or our staff will directly contact the designer to place an order. We will contact you as soon as possible to inform you when the item will be ready.
How to pay 1. What payment methods do we accept?
When you place an order using PayPal, the system will redirect you to the PayPal payment page, where you can log in with your PayPal username and password to confirm the payment.
Even if you don't have a PayPal account, you can still complete the checkout process. To do so, please click on "Pay with Debit/Credit Card". You will be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information, or complete the payment securely through PayPal.
On an iPhone, you can unlock the device using Face ID, Touch ID, or a password. On an Android device, you can unlock the device using Face ID, fingerprint scanning, a PIN code, or a pattern (depending on the device lock set on the device). Once completed, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal home screen.
